Emerald Island Resort is situated just five minutes from Disney World, Sea World and a short drive from Orland International Airport.
Within a 20 minute drive there are numerous malls to shop until you drop, and there is the world reknowned Champion's Gate Golf course - an impressive American-style course which offers Florida's highest course rating of 76.3.
About the resort
The Emerald Island Resort is set on a large, picturesque conservation area that is less than 2 miles from Walt Disney World. It is a superb gated-community resort that was constructed to the highest standards in 2002.
Don't be fooled though, it isn't known as one of Orlando's finest resorts for nothing! Because of its location, Emerald Island the ideal base for your vacation - Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are just minutes away. However, don't think that you'll have to leave the resort, as within the gated-community that is Emerald Island Resort, there are a massive selection of facilities such as shops, restaurants and leisure facilities - not forgetting that the villa has its own private swimming pool and games room.

For the younger members of the family there is a children's play area, complete with soft bark, slides, walkways and adventures where your children can make new friends and truly make this a holiday to remember.
As you can see above, Emerald Island Resort has its own clubhouse, community heated pool, hot tubs and more, so you can meet other families and swap holiday experiences - it's not just the kids that will be making new friends!
